1. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for each number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

3. Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

4. Child Policy

All children are welcome.
All older children or adults are charged min AUD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Child aged 1 year and under is free when using existing bedding.
Child under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night per person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

5. Noshow Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.
